Delivery Policy

All orders will be shipped from Kelowna or Vernon, BC using UPS.  The shipping rates are calculated by your location if applicable.  The checkout procedure will provide you with the shipping costs.  Items in-stock ship within 2 business days all custom orders including hot tub covers are shipped within 3-4 weeks (based on seasonal volume) and may be subject to additional freight charges if in outlying area. Delivery will be Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Once the carrier has picked up your product, it is their responsibility to deliver the product to you.  At the time of adding a product to your shopping cart, you will be notified if the product is not in stock.  While you may still order the product, your order will not be sent until we can fulfill your complete order.

If the shipping method you select provides tracking, the carrier will send an email with a tracking number to the email account you provide during purchase.  Please note that if you have SPAM protection on your email account, you may not receive this email. All damage must be reported to the delivery company and Premium Pool and Spa within 24 hours of receipt of your product.  Also any missing items must also be reported to Premium Pool and Spa  within 24 hours.
