Shipping

All shipments are curbside delivery to the end of driveway or curb. This division is supply + remote support only — no on-site placement, craning, pad prep, electrical hookup, or start-ups.

  • Service Level: Curbside with appointment window; lift-gate where available. Contractors are responsible for moving the spa from curb to pad and ensuring site readiness.
  • Delivery Timeframe: In-stock items typically ship within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Transit times vary by location, carrier schedules, and weather; all timelines are estimates.

Hot Tub / Spa Freight Costs (Canada-Wide)

  • First tub: Freight covered up to CAD $2,000. If actual carrier cost exceeds this cap, the overage is billed at cost. This covers most locations coast-to-coast.
  • Remote/limited-access areas: Surcharges may apply (rural roads, islands, northern/seasonal routes, gated sites, steep/narrow access). If concerned, please contact us for a pre-quote.
  • Not eligible: No shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Missed appointments: Any re-delivery, storage, or return-to-terminal fees charged by the carrier are the consignee’s responsibility.

Inspection on Delivery & Damages

Inspect before you sign. Open/inspect packaging with the driver present.

  • Visible damage: Photograph the issue, note specifics on the delivery receipt (e.g., “cracked corner, right side”). You may refuse only if damage is severe; otherwise accept with notation and contact us immediately.
  • Concealed damage (packaging intact): Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
  • Documentation: Photos of the crate, label/BOL, and close-ups expedite carrier claims and warranty/RMA processing.
  • Packaging disposal: Crating/pallets and debris removal are the consignee’s responsibility.

Returns, Cancellations & RMAs

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before shipment at no cost within the first 48 hours. After 48 hours (pre-ship), 10% cancellation fee applies. Once shipped, sales are final.
  • Returns: Due to size and nature, returns are only accepted for units that are defective or damaged and not repairable on site. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Warranty first: Most issues are resolved via OEM warranty repair and parts replacement. See Sunrans Warranty Coverage.
  • RMA window: Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery for shipping damage and within the applicable OEM term for defects. Provide photos/video and the delivery receipt.

Site Readiness & Access

  • Pad & power: Ensure pad/ground is prepared and electrical meets model specifications (often 240V/50A; confirm per SKU).
  • Equipment/manpower: Have the crew and gear needed to move from curb to final location.
  • Access constraints: Narrow/steep driveways, stairs, or obstacles may require specialized services (at your cost).

Limited warranty
This Limited Warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser of Jacuzzi® J5™ Collection spas manufactured for the 2026 model year and installed for residential use in the United States of America, Canada, and Mexico. Please read this entire Limited Warranty, as exclusions and conditions apply. Warranty period begins either when the original purchaser takes possession of the spa, or upon installation of the spa, whichever occurs first.

Shell structure
Spa structure is warranted against water loss due to defects in the spa.
Metal & Synthetic Frame
Steel and synthetic spa frame members are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials.


7 years
Shell surface
Shell is warranted against blistering, cracking, or delaminating of the interior surface. Coverage excludes cosmetic changes that do not impact integrity.


5 years
Equipment and controls
Pumps, heater, and control system - are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials.


Plumbing components
Plumbing components are warranted against leaks due to defects in workmanship or materials.


Cabinet
ProFinish™ synthetic cabinets are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials. Normal wear and weathering of the finish will occur naturally over time, and are not defects.

All other factory installed components not otherwise mentioned specifically, including, but not limited to the cabinet hardware, insulation, jets, diverter valves, LED lighting systems, IR and Red Light Therapy systems, filter shield, and mechanical components are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials.

True™ Water System
The nanobubble generator, air pump, ozone generator, and pressure sensor components of the True™ water system are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials.


Water Sensor System
The device is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials from normal use, other than the cartridge (which is a consumable part).


Other Components


• All stereo related components (receiver, speakers, subwoofer, power supply, etc.) are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship or materials.


• Factory installed SmartTub® system is warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship or materials.


Warranties at Time of Delivery
Fuses, pillows, cabinet finish, water sensor cartridge (sold separately), filters and filter canister, components of the True™ water system not referenced above (including but not limited to the True™ air filter), are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship or materials at the time of delivery.


Genuine Jacuzzi® parts & accessories
This Limited Warranty is void if Jacuzzi® Hot Tubs (“Manufacturer” or “Jacuzzi”) or its designated representative determines that the spa has been subjected to damage or failure due to installation of aftermarket parts that are not Genuine Jacuzzi® branded Parts & Accessories. This disclaimer includes, but is not limited to filters, ozone systems, repair parts and other accessories. Genuine Jacuzzi® brand Parts & Accessories are built to our highest standards of quality, durability and performance, and they are designed to work with your spa to ensure optimal performance and function.

Performance
Please register your new spa within 7 days of delivery. You can register your new spa at www.jacuzzi.com. To obtain service in the event of a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, notify your Jacuzzi® Hot Tubs dealer or Jacuzzi® Hot Tubs as soon as possible and use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. Upon proof of purchase, a designated service representative will correct the defect subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Limited Warranty. There will be no charge for parts or labor to repair the defect, although providing access to affect the repair is your responsibility as the spa owner. You may be assessed reasonable repairman travel mileage charges. In the event that the spa is removed to a repair facility for repair and reinstalled, the cost of removal and re-installation will be your responsibility as the spa owner. Jacuzzi reserves the right, at its sole option, to either repair or replace any covered part or spa, and in the event it chooses to provide a replacement spa, it will be of equal value to the original spa, but may differ in appearance, options, size and model. In such an event, reasonable costs for removal of the original spa, shipping costs from the factory for the replacement spa and delivery and installation of the replacement will be your responsibility as the spa owner. The replacement spa will carry the balance of the original spa’s warranty. Spa covers are not included.


Warranty limitations
This Limited Warranty is void if Jacuzzi or its designated representative determines that the spa has been subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse, or freight damage caused by the common carrier; spa is damaged due to repairs have been attempted by anyone other than a designated representative; or if the failure is caused by accident, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of the Manufacturer. Neglect, misuse and abuse include any installation, operation or maintenance of the spa other than in accordance with the instructions contained in the owner’s manual provided with the spa, including but not limited to the failure to maintain proper water chemistry and chemical balance and the use of abrasive or improper cleaners. This Limited Warranty does not provide coverage for the insulating cover, any item attached to or installed on the spa after the date of manufacture, or for gaining access to any component for repair or replacement. Any spa used in commercial applications are excluded from any coverage whatsoever. The spa owner accepts liability for repair work performed by anyone other than the Manufacturer or a designated Jacuzzi® Hot Tub representative.


Limitations
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED ALTOGETHER OR TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. This Limited Warranty takes the place of all other warranties, express or implied, in fact or at law. All warranty service must be performed by the Manufacturer or its designated representative using authorized Jacuzzi® Hot Tub parts. No agent, dealer, distributor, service company or other party is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this limited warranty in any manner whatsoever. The Manufacturer will not be responsible for any statements or representations made in any form that go beyond, are broader than, or are inconsistent with any authorized literature or specifications furnished by Jacuzzi® Hot Tubs. This entire warranty terminates if you (original purchaser) sell or otherwise transfer the spa.


Disclaimers
The MANUFACTURER AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, cost or other damage, whether incidental or consequential, arising out of any defect covered by this limited warranty, including without limitation, loss of use of the spa and cost for removal of defective product even if the Manufacturer was advised of the possibility of damage, and water damage. The liability of the Manufacturer under this limited warranty, if any, shall not exceed the original amount paid for the defective product. Coverage under this limited warranty shall commence on the earlier of original purchaser taking possession of the spa or installation, and the duration of such coverage shall not extend for any reason whatsoever beyond the stated time periods. These disclaimers shall be equally applicable to any service provided by the Manufacturer and its designated representatives.


Legal rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. There are no warranties applicable to Jacuzzi® products except as expressly stated herein or as implied by applicable state and federal laws. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, disclaimer of certain warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
